• Visual editing and marketing content
   

All services are provided subject to project availability, timelines, and payment.

All content produced by e10 Media—including photos, videos, edits, and designs—remain the property of e10 Media unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Clients receive a license to use media for marketing and promotional purposes related to the property or brand for which it was produced. Unauthorized resale, redistribution, or modification is prohibited.

Clients agree to:

• Provide accurate project details and access to the property
   
• Ensure the property is photo-ready at the time of appointment
   
• Abide by scheduled appointment times or provide notice for rescheduling
   

e10 Media is not responsible for delays caused by inaccessibility, poor lighting, or property conditions beyond our control.

Payment is due in full upon delivery of media unless otherwise stated in a written agreement. Late payments may incur a fee. e10 Media reserves the right to withhold final delivery until payment is received.

We accept payments via [list accepted methods, e.g., PayPal, credit card, etc.].

We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

All services are provided “as is.” e10 Media is not liable for:

• Errors caused by third-party platforms or software
   
• Weather-related limitations affecting visual quality
   

We strive to meet deadlines but do not guarantee turnaround times in cases of force majeure or unforeseen delays.

Reasonable revisions to delivered media may be requested within 5 business days of delivery. Excessive revision requests may incur additional charges.
